I am a benie of family trust worth many millions.of R.E. and 750k cash in one account + more accounts to be split with my three sibs I need a cash signiture loan by a reputalble curtious professional company i am in a wheel chair kina stuck in Az. my father past 20 years ago and left his wife as life benie at her death within 60 days all rents and moneys are to be released to our side of the family my brother is the whatcha ma call it for our side of the trust, he is slanderous,evil,rude,to setting new records on long term verbal abuse. legal defamation action will be followiing soon. He feels he wants to hold up the moneys for as long as he can hoping i will die so he will get my share claiming assesments on the proportys must be done first so to pay the taxes with mmmmm all props are lean free in cupertino CA. worth untold millions. my share is 1/4 deaded in each deed 50% jackdfamilytrust 50% his wifes she died monday...our 50% per dead is along with my three other sibs.meaning 12 and 1/2 % of each prop is mine. including our old realestate office witch is still a re office but not our company name who can i get a emergencyloan from and can i go to the proportys and talk to the tenants legally and what are my rights on any trespassing issues that may be threatend by my one brother in charge for our side or if the otherside her kids start any thing and do you have any advice or knowlege of how and who to get the loan from..
