beniefits for serviving chikdren

if The mother of my chilbren dies and has not paid into sociol surcuriy but has an inserence policy and a Will that states the trustee to pay for maintence of the children to the cusdity parent but gives the trustee full descretion of how much to pay the trustee is her sister that doesnot like me
