benificiary deceased but new husband exsists

my dad was beneficiary to house and he and brother to split assests equally. will and trust dated in 1997. in 2000 dad passed away and also she remarried. no new will or trust. so who does the house go to,dads 4 children,her spouse or my uncle. also bank accounts only in her name left beneificiary uncle of 200000.00. husband had contributed a good portion of that. does he have any right to it and also does uncle have to split it amoung dads children

there are a number of issues here. all documents (wills, trusts, deeds, account statements) must be reviewed and additional facts obtained before correct & complete answers are possible. you should consult a qualified attorney.
