Just call up and ask. You have not said the trustee refuses to give you the information.

Another issue is whether the Trustee is the Settlor, the creator of the Trust. If so, the value of the Trust is really none of your business. If the Settlor has died and the Trustee is administering the Trust, it is different. As Mr. Shers says, you can just ask. If you are a beneficiary of the Trust, you may be entitled to certain accountings annually and those would also indicate the general assets of the Trust.
