Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
benifictuary
my father died and I do not know where to begin.he had life in. through his emplorer,that he names me as 100% benifictuary,but he was also a vet.and also had multipal bank accounts.and other stuff I am sure.plus he owned his house,car,the motorcycle he was driving at the time of his death.how do I find out all I am entitled to?

Unless he had a trust, with ownership of his assets in the trust, you will probably neet to have the estate go through probate.
