bequest to daughter excluding her husband
Is it possible to leave an inheritance to a daughter which excludes her husband? Suppose she precedes him in death?

yes, this can be done by will (with a testmentary trust) or by using a revocable trust. you should retain an attorney to prepare a complete estate plan (and provide for incapacity).
