What the heck are you asking for, or for what are you asking for, either way your part is Sipple is dangling. Processing a will, that's fancy for preparing a will. To bequeath real and personal property, fancy for preparing a will. Even though you live in Northern California you what all those who are licensed to practice in your state, I infer, that's if I have enough information from your statement, they mean lysis to practicing California to submit their bids. Two no trump, or see you to adoration five. First of all wets come down off of the big thing up in the sky down to ground level. You assume you need a will, could it be you possibly need any Revocable Internal Vivos Trust together with a poor over will, transfer of personal property agreement, transfer of all real property through eight County recorder and other documentation to complete an estate planning set of documents. Since I have over 30 years of practice in dealing with the states as small as under $20,000, and is high is well, really well over $50 million you may consider this a bid. The bed of course will be depended upon how much work I have to do in making sure all the proper terms revered to complement your financial needs, financial needs, personal needs, and most importantly tax needs to complete set documentation. Now what that really means is a have to know a heck of a lot more than please submit a bid before I can accept you as a client. Once you answered all of my questions I can say you how much it will cost you for me to not only prepare the documentation but to transfer the assets into the trust if necessary or prepare eight will. So if you understand that I have over 30 years of experience in preparing estate planning documents, that I also live in Northern California and have practiced here all of my life, well it seems like all of my life I would be happy to set up an appointment with you to discuss your state and give you a quote, bid, and see if I would accept you as a client as long as you accept me as your attorney. If though you do not need a state planning documents but someone has died and you need a probate initiated that will depend upon the gross amount in the estate as of the date of the decedent's last breath. Depending upon if there is already in place in the revival as trust you may not need a probate and that will be good tenant upon what has already been funded into a trust document with a poor over well. Re: Bids Requested for desired legal work

Thanks for your interest. You should specify the location of the decedent, as you should only be considering attorneys who practice in the area. With respect to fees, they are set by statute and subject to court approval. Give us a call if we can be of assistance.

Re: Bids Requested for desired legal work

I am assuming that someone has passed away and that a probate needs to be opened. The fees are set by California statute so that there would not be situations where the survivors of a loved one would not be gouged by legal fees.

The fees are established by the gross value of the estate. In addition to those fees, there will be court fees for filing the petition to administer the estate, and publication fees to publish the notice in the newspaper. These are required.

Usually there is no requirement for a court appearance by the administrator or executor. There are very specific timelines that should be met, and final petitions for distribution of the assets must be approved by the court.

Let me know if I can help.

Re: Bids Requested for desired legal work

Please also note that if this is a will that must be Probated, the fees are statutory and there is no bidding process.
