Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

A big Thank You to Lawguru...
Many thanks to Attys. Hoffman and Roach for answering my recent question re: eligibility of a CA broker acting as a POA, then Executor of that same estate to sell the estate property. I didn't mention then, but will now, that this broker/poa/executor has consistently exhibited unreliable and dishonest behaviors. The concerns that those behaviors raise is what prompted my question to Lawguru.
While many of the public's questions may seem very simple and the answers painfully obvious to the legal mind, I'd just like to say that the world o' law is foreign to most folks, and the majority of the questions raised here are honest ones and in need of being addressed. Isn't it wonderful that we can come to Lawguru!
It is such a great benefit to be able to access reliable (and fast!) legal advisement and suggestions from this website at the extremely reasonable price of FREE. The contributing attorneys that participate in this forum are to be lauded for the time and effort they donate.
