Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Birth, social ,drivers name same. Bank accounts, home, 401K, living trust under nickname. Upon death, the certificate will be under birth name I guess. What type of problems will the people listed in the living trust have obtaining rights to the accounts? What do I need to do to get the peper work in order?
