Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

If we have been bonded for a special needs trust and it had been ok'd by the courts and all that needed to be done was to have a CPA go over the statements to calculate the dispersment payments, do we need a lawyer for that?

Do you need a lawyer? That's hard to say based on the limited information presented. However, because you seem unsure what you have been approved to do, a lawyer would be in the best position to advise you after reading the relevant papers. I would think even a free 1/2 hour consultation could answer most of your questions. Please contact me if you are interested.
