My boyfriend owns his own company and he is jail for the next 6 months. He wants to give me power of attorney how do I go about getting one?

Go to an estate planning lawyer. have him prepare a power of attorney for your boyfriend to sign, take a notary with you to the jail, and have him sign it front of a notary and notarized at the jail.
