Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My brother is executor to my fathers estate. My dad had a living trust and property was sold which had been divided between us. there is still 350,000.00 left which was to be divided last Feb. I . Also i requested an itemized list which i have not received. Now my brother say he is in a court case due to a technicality which he refuses to tell me anything else. What can i do. I think my brother is doing something wrong.

At this point you should hire a trusts and estates attorney to represent you - you need to demand a trust accounting, and petition the court to compel your brother to prepare an accounting.
