Brother in law misrepresented paper to my wife both were co trustee but wife is sole beneficiary in those papers that wife signed brother in law divided property into tenants in common and asked for a 500k loan which used for personal interes now he filed a partition action we disagree and countersuit and we were demurred What can we do to clear title and move to probate so he is responsable?
