Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My brother is the sole trustee of my father's trust. He has filed a petition for instruction regarding distribution of oil lease/royalties. He and 3 siblings believe that the distribution should be 6 ways and myself and another sibling believe it should be 5 ways. The trust is very poorly written (not by an attorney) and is not specific on this distribution. Is there a specific form that the 2 who disagree with the 6 way distribution need to file in response or will the judge simply ask during the court date if anyone disagrees and why? This is in California.

You will need to prepare in writing, file and serve your objections. Then you will need to appear at the hearing.
