CA funding an AB trust 20 years later
the attorney is stating sec 16373(b)(4) in moving $1.4m from the a trust to the b trust and sec 16328 relating to net income as the trust states all net income goes to the a trust...ignoring whatever happened in the 20 yrs of the a trust ie the a trust inheritance, & funds after dod placed in trust b to further fund trust b
Q- is there any case law to refer to
Q- it makes no sense to me, that under fundnig of a trust at dod can now be funded because of a trustee dispute, but nothing the A trust did in their lifetime counted towards the under funding
