Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

CA Law and Inheritors

A house was purchased in Fresno, CA with $70,000 from an inheritance from my mother, who lived and died in CA. The house, in my name, was sold. A home was then purchased in Arizona, using the proceeds from the sale of the home in Fresno, however the home in Arizona was put in both my and wife's name. Now, the marriage is disolving, and the question is about the $70,000 inheritance, should that be calculated as part of community property now, or under CA

does it remain solely the property of the inheritor?
