California A-B Trust was created with husband and wife. Grown children are the trustees. Husband died.
Wife wants to substitute someone else for the children, as trustees.
How does one do that?

You look at the terms of the trust under substitution of Trustee and it gives you the steps you need to take and whether you CAN do what you want. Without seeing the Trust, I cannot say more specifically.
