Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

California affidavit requirement

Access to my deceased(1998) brother's

acct @ Janus Mutual Fund Company.

My brother's total estate value in 1998

was approximately $30,000 and did not

require probate.

Janus requires from me a California

court affidavit stating same which I will

then provide Janus with my bank

guaranteed signature.

What form do I need and where can I

access same?

Thank you very much,

You need a certified copy of the death certificate and a declaration stating your entitlement to the money. It is a drafted instrument. Call me directly at 6192223504.
