Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

In California, are all children of a decedent, even those specifically excluded from the will, entitled to a copy of the will? What about a copy of the trust into which all of the property pours over?

Regarding the will, it's required to be filed with the county court, and if the holder of the will or executor refuses to give you a copy, you can obtain a copy from the court.

Regarding the trust, the trustee is required to send notice of the trust to all beneficiaries and heirs (including excluded heirs), and in the notice are instructions detailing how you can obtain a copy of the trust and how long you have to contest it, should you decide to do so.
