Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
California, married, 3 adult children, will and testament. Beneficiary's will be 3 adult children on both of our wills. If I die does everything go directly to my wife? Then when she dies everything then goes to 3 adult children without court influence?

Who it goes to depends on what your will says and what your wife's says. And if you have a will and not a trust, it will have to go through probate court.
