Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Do I need a California probate bond if I am the personal representative and the only beneficiary of a will? What would i fill out on the forms because it says to waive a bond all beneficiaries or heirs, I am the only beneficiary, need to fill out waiver of bond, and I can't sign myself since I am also the personal representative what should I do?

If you are the personal representative and the only beneficiary, and a resident of California, you do not need to file a bond. I don't think you even need to fill out the new waiver form, but if the court requires it, there is no reason that you can't sign it.
