in california probate laws, if a decedent dies and leaves 3 living adult children and 3 deceased children who had one child each. Who inherits the decedent's

house?

Did the Decedent leave a Will or a Trust? If not, my colleague's answers above are correct. Also, the 1/6th share to deceased siblings would then be shared equally among their children. If a deceased sibling had no children, that share would be divided equally among the other siblings.

Based on the number of questions you have posted in this forum, I would suggest you contact a local attorney for assistance. The small expense will far outweigh the risks you are taking in not knowing the probate rules and laws of intestacy.

You are clearly not a lawyer. And based on your previous postings you are acting on behalf of someone other than yourself. That is a crime. Heed the advice of the previous answer and contact a local probate attorney before you really screw up the probate and find yourself in trouble with the courts on top of it all.
