In california is the probate lawyer fee based on what the estate is appraised at or the selling price of the house? Does the estate include bank accounts and vehicles or just real property(house)?

If the property is sold, the fee is usually based on the sale price amount. The estate includes bank accounts and vehicles if they were in the deceased person's name only and did not have pay-on-death provisions.
