Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Okay I'm in California if a trust doesn't goto probate then how or what do or file with courts to if the trustee is not following trust agreement with not providing inventory or accounts in estate sailing real property against trust agreement??? That's just to mention 2 there's so much more she's done

You would file a Petition with the Probate Court requesting an accounting and other relief (perhaps removal or suspension of the trustee). I strongly advise you to consult with an attorney and be represented rather than attempting to pursue without an attorney. There are complicated rules and procedures in Probate Court and it would be very difficult for a non-lawyer to manage.
