Your trust is most likely a revocable trust. You can formally revoke it by its own terms, you can simply not place any assets into the trust or you can prepare a new trust that expressly revokes and replaces the current trust. Same hold true for the power of attorney. I strongly recommend that you work with an attorney to properly take care of your estate planning. These are serious matters and if a mistake is made, then your wishes may not be carried out.

You should contact the attorney who prepared the trust in the first place.
