Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

In the case of Tupac Shakur faking his own death What would be his consequenses for coming back? Would there be any? Many people claim The statute of limitations for faking your own death will be over next year. Thus, He can come back nxt year and not have to worry about any legal Issues. True or not true? I

False. Faking your own death for monetary gain or other improper purposes is fraud, but the Statute of Limitations does not start until a reasonable person should have know of the fraud. But if you fake your own death and no one would have or did lost anything because of it, there is no fraud and no crime. The issue is never what "...many people..."say, but what individuals who have real knowledge of the subject area say and can support with facts.
