who can change the contents of a will after the said person has died? Is there anyone or no one can.

You can't change a person's will after the person dies. The maker of the will is the only one who can change the will, and only during that person's lifetime. If the will has a problem, then that portion of the will fails as a matter of law and there are different statutes that take over and explain who gets what.
