The contents of a will can ony be changed by the testator. Once the testator dies, the will cannot be changed. It might be challenged through the courts and the court could modify it but it would be based on the law...

You can't change a person's will after the person dies. The maker of the will is the only one who can change the will, and only during that person's lifetime. If the will has a problem, then that portion of the will fails as a matter of law and there are different statutes that take over and explain who gets what.
