Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
changing a living trust
If a family member has a living trust but wanted to change who got what and told several family members of his intentions, had the papers drawn up, but the day he was to sign the paper he was found dead from natural causes. Does the original living trust direct how the property is divided or is the new one that is not signed valid?
