Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Is there clauses that can be put in a trust/will to keep property from the spouse of your child?

With careful drafting you could probably place some restrictions on the use of the property or some limits on the ability of the spouse to get the property but at the end of the day anything that the child gets can be given by him/her to his spouse. None the less, a trust arrangement might be able to accomplish a lot of what you are seeing to accomplish. You should discuss your sitation in detail with an estate planning attorney.
