Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Closing out of estate, and distrubution of funds

My mother died in January 2002, and on the 17th of February 2004 a

HEARING ON FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNT REPORT ,FEES, AND FINAL

DISTRIBUTION, was held with the result of ''Acct Approved, allowed and

settled.''

Can you tell me what is to happen at this point? I have written a letter to

the lawyer handling the case, but have received no reply. Perhaps you

can tell me what will happen next and how I can best proceed.

Thanks.

Re: Closing out of estate, and distrubution of funds

The account should be settled in accordance with the terms of the order. If there are any assets to distribute, the adminstrator should be doing it shortly.
