Codocill to Will and also has Trust

My brother was named in my mothers Trust to received monies - she then did Codocill to her will and gave all of his inheritance to his son and not him. Will he still get monies from the Trust she told him he would receive or is everything going to the son?

The two are separate entities. What is in the Trust will be distributed according to the Trust instructions. The Will includes all property not in the Trust, but anything in the Trust will not be in the Will. So your brother gets whatever is left to him in the Trust, but if the change to the Will is valid, nothing from the Will.
