Having ''power of attorney in fact'' for my disabled uncle's estate worth approx $100K, how much monthly compensation am I entitled to receive?

That's a deal you have to work out with your uncle. If nothing is specified in the power of attorney, you may be entitled to "reasonable" compensation, but you probably shouldn't look at this as a business unless you have your uncle's blessing.
