You will need to file a petition in the Probate court. This is complicated; you should probably get a lawyer to look at the situation and advise you.

you will need to file a petition with the superior court in the county the trust is administered for an accounting and to remove and/or surcharge the trustee.

You would need to file a petition with the proper court of record, demand an accounting of the monies mishandled, and/or sue for trustee's breach of fiduciary duties. For further, affordable legal assistance in this matter, contact us directly.
