Compromise

I was watching a neighbor and he gave me instructions to split the money throughout the people in his life including my self and his daughter,before he passed away he also verbally gave his daughter and i instructions,but it was never written and he never left a will,now i want to know how can i make sure she will keep his last wish?

If I understand your question correctly, your neighbor died without a will, or "intestate." The court will decide how his estate will be distributed and his oral wishes will not be considered.
