Conflict of Interest Trust
To whom it may concern;
My brother is the executor of my Dad's trust, but he is also going to buy a toy store and borrow from my Dad 300K. Can you tell me if this is a conflict of interest since he will be an exectuor and a debtor at the same time

Why are you sitting there are and not seeing a real attorney immediately. You want somebody who is a specialist in the state/probate work. Warning him and then go to court and stop him before he does something to your detriment.
