Conflict of Interests?

Can an attorney who has drawn up the living will for a married couple, Can she also notarize a document when the signor has just been thru 20 straight days of radiation and is not of sound mind?

this is a question for the attorney who prepared the "living will". if you have doubts about the competence of the person signing the document you should request an answer from the attorney in writing.
