Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have conservatorship of my brother who is developmentally disabled. Our father died and heir money is not to be split between my father's children. The Ohio Court said my brother (CA) needs to have a conservatorship of estate in order to get his portion of the heir money. What form do I need to fill out?
