Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

This conservatorship case is messed up

I live in St. Louis. 2 social workers called me from California and asked me to come handle 90 year old mom and her affairs. They removed her from her home. I filed a simple conservatorship. One doctor diagnosed Alzheimers - one psychiatrist diagnoses ''psychotic'' and ''violent''. Simple case turns into disaster when court appointed attorney and my attorney decide to run up the fees and challenge the doctors. Meanwhile, the psychiatrist asks for a 5150 transfer to a psych unit. Ambulance driver doesn't know he's on a 5150, has mom sign a waiver, and drives off because she refuses to go to the psych unit. Alzheimer's home releases mom to a friend who drives her home. She barricades herself in the house. The social workers go back to the house trying to get her out. Anybody want this case? anybody want to sue? Takers?
