Conservatorship / Probate

I am the conservator of step-mother who past away last year. I have been the conservator for quite a few years and have perform accounting reports to the court with an attorney. Since step-mother has passed-away last year, attorney has quit and I am not sure if or what i have to do now. I have recieved notice from Couts in San Diego to provide accounting or appear in court April 22. need advice as to what is required to close this out. I have a will and no assets to speak of as far as her estate.

You would do well by getting a consultation with an attorney. Get all of the records together. Be able to account for all of the money that was in the conservatee's estate since you took over. Contact me directly.
