is a conservitorship legal in california if the county that took it out missspelt the conservetee's name wrong ?

If it otherwise identified the conservatee and the court is aware of whom the conservatee is, the answer most likely is "yes." A creative attorney might argue differently, however.

Your question suggests larger issues, namely that you might be dissatisfied with the way the public conservator is handling the conservatee's finances and/or health care. It might be worth your while to speak with a lawyer knowledgeable in this area about remedies.
