Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Can we contest will

My father left a short 1/2 page will naming my brother the trustee

and stated that the trust is to be administered and disposed of in

accordance with its terms. His wishes were not expressed in will.

Brother said he would split house and land with me and sister.. We

belived him and house has been sold. Brother bought a new

house. We still have1 1/2- 2 million land in vegas unsold. Can we

contest?
