Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Contesting a Will

If my mother was written out of her parents will do I have any right to contest the will to get her share of the inheritence? The will was written to the 4 children. One of them died. A second died but her share is being left to her children. My mother did not die but since she was written out of the will does that mean the I cannot contest it to get her share?

Re: Contesting a Will

You would need a power of attorney to file suit on her behalf. Why would she not file for herself? What grounds do you have to contest the will? Contact me directly.
