contesting wills

my grandmother in her will left my children and i her home .when she did this she was in her right mind .when she became more ill and not in her right mind her son that is on drugs abuse her verbally until she changed her will she was afraid of him and very sick of heart problems can i contest her last will? my aunt,mother and granmother's caregiver know this also

Re: contesting wills

Check with an attorney--first see if the later will is validly executed. If not, the old will would stand. If the new one is validly executed, then you would need strong evidence of the undue influence or fraud to invalidate the newer will.
