contract to make a will.

what is a ''contract to make a will''? we have been told that if you are told you are in a will/trust - and that doesnt happen - you still have grounds to go to court. true?

Perhaps. But a contract to make a will has to be in writing. It is an agreement between two people to make a will in a particular way, with each person depending upon the promise of the other in making his or her will.

No. It takes more than that to create a contract. You need an offer, acceptance and cosideration. It should be in writing.
