copy of the living trust..Has it been altered?
I kept after the trustee of my fathers living trust to give me a copy and financial records but after the last correspondence we had I wouldn't put it past him to ''Doctor'' it up even more so to his benefit. Since its not a public record and my other sibling doesnt care nor would she understand it anyways.
Basically, I don't see how, with so many corrupt trustees, that there isnt a way for the trust to be checked for validity
any suggestions??

Do you know who your father's attorney is? I would try and call that attorney to get a copy of the trust, so that once you receive one from the trustee, you can compare the two. Sometimes the attorney is nice and will send you a copy. It doesn't hurt to ask.
Also, you have the right to an annual accounting once the last settlor of the trust has died, and the trust becomes irrevocable.

File a Petition for Accounting with the Court. If there is anything wrong with the accounting, then it will be brought to light at that time.
