can i get a copy of my parents will? one still alive ,one deceased.

They would each have to have a separate will. The deceased person's will should have been lodged with the court in the county in which they lived when they died. If that was not done, and you know who has it, you can petition the court for an order that it be delivered to the court. You have no way to get a living person's will unless they or someone with a copy gives it to you.
