Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Copy of a will

My grandfather died last year and I am almost certain that I should have been included in his estate. How can I find out how his will read? I am not in contact with his son (my father) who I believe is the executor.

You can get a copy of any will that has been probated by contacting the court clerk in the county in which your grandfather died. If the will has been probated and you are an heir, you were required to be notified. Does your family know where to reach you?
