correct name on trust

If John Doe and Jane Doe have a living trust, titled The John Doe and

Jane Doe Trustees of the Doe living trust, dated April 15, 1999, and they use that for their bank accts and real estate, then John Doe dies and Jane Doe is the surviving spouse, how should the title on the bank read and should the property title change. Should the bank account read Jane Doe, trustee, of the Doe living trust, or Jane Doe, Trustee of the John Doe and Jane Doe living trust.

It depends on what the trust document says. But you should be able to read through it and see what the next step should be.
