Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I was at the county recorders office today and noticed that items recorded in the years of 2000 through 2005 are no longer available to be copied. Yet, other people
did not have such an omission in their searchs. This leads me to believe that the
original recording attorney was capable of removing said documents. In fact, one could safely say that it would appear that my relative was never a client of theirs.
I even had a employee double check my endeavors for accuracy. There was other client activity during those years listed but nothing invovling my situation that would expose the level of fraud and criminal activity generated by this attorney. I thought the Recorders Office was equal to being the melting-pot of any/all property changes and the info used to fill out the form HAD to be accurate. Similar to filling out a application to enter the military. But I saw other Deeds submitted by this attorney with only "X"'s used in the Parcel, Tract, Map,etc. Again, only from this attorney referenced above. Is the recorders office like the DMV? Money talks for whatever you need?
