Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
The Court is requiring a typed interpretation of the Original Will (which is in English) can anyone type this or does it have to be someone certified.

I assume that the Will is a holographic Will. The code does require an attachment to the Petition for Probate with the typed terms of the holographic Will. Since the Will is in English, anyone can type the terms.

If the handwriting is not clear, it would be better to have someone familiar with the deceased handwriting. The typed version should state who typed it and should be under penalty of perjury that is a correct transcription.
